The complex has a very limited number of single rooms. Double rooms will also be available for single occupancy.

Participation Fee and Registration
The participation fee includes accommodation at the symposium venue from 22 to 28 August 2027 in the selected room type, meals, workshops, excursions, and a seat on the shared Symposium shuttle bus from Riga to Ratnieki on 22 August and from Ratnieki to Riga on 28 August.

Double room, twin beds
Each room in the White House has its own character, preserving the building's historical atmosphere and highlighting wooden details throughout the interior.

Most rooms in the Stable House are arranged over two levels, with sleeping areas separated between the floors. The building's interior includes subtle references to its former stable function and horse-related design details.

Shared hostel-style accommodation with 15 beds in one room.

Day participation place (local residents)
A limited number of day participation places is available for local residents who wish to attend the symposium without overnight accommodation.

Procedure
Registration procedure
Registration opens on 1 November 2026. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
After submitting the registration form, applicants will receive a confirmation email in order of submission until all places are filled.
The participation fee is paid in two instalments. The first instalment is due within seven days of receiving the confirmation email. The second instalment is due by 1 February 2027.
Once payment has been received, participants will receive their registration number and room details. A waiting list will be established once all places are filled. The waiting list is handled individually, and we kindly ask for patience.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by 1 March 2027 are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made by 1 June 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.
After 1 June 2027, no refunds will be issued.
